LAMDA - Free Wheel Hub - Gypsy ( Price is for one PAIR)

Most Gypsy owners drive in two-wheel drive most of the time, while the front wheels stay locked to the gear train and use fuel for no reason. The LAMDA free wheel hub lets you disconnect the front wheels from the drivetrain, so you get the economy of 2WD with the option of 4WD when you need it.

How it works

The hub switches between the two positions easily by hand, with a pair of small pliers. In the free position it disconnects the wheel from the front axle shaft, differential gears and propeller shaft, so the front wheel turns freely.
